General Polices

- Check in 3pm or later, check-out by 11am.

- No smoking or vaping. Hyatt House Bed and Breakfast is a non-smoking facility. Smoking is allowed in front of back yards or the parking area. Please dispose of cigarette butts appropriately. A $250.00 cleaning fee will be charged to guests for smoking indoors.

- Alcohol use is allowed, for the safety and comfort of all guests, please drink responsibly.

- Cancellations. No refunds will be given to guests that have checked-in and paid for their upcoming stay.

- Woodstove. For insurance purposes only the Innkeepers are to start and tend fires.

Bedrooms and Common Areas

- Wall Heaters. Keep the area in front of heaters clear of luggage and other items at all times.

- No rearranging of furniture in bedrooms or common areas. If you have concerns about arrangements please see Innkeepers.

- Please observe quiet time between 10pm - 7am. Please keep children from running or jumping in the house at all times.

Breakfast

- Breakfast is served between 7am - 9am. Guests needing breakfast before 7am will be offered a take-out bag breakfast to eat at leisure.

- Breakfast is free and included in the cost of room rental. No discount will be given for the forfeit of breakfast.

- Guests with special dietary needs are encouraged to contact Innkeepers with their concerns.

Bathrooms

- Please turn lights and fans on in bathrooms, regardless of use. This keeps odors and moisture to a minimum. Please turn wall heaters off when done using (Shared bathrooms).

- Please dispose of feminine hygiene products in garbage cans. Do not flush down toilets.

- Place used towels and washcloths into baskets inside bathrooms. Do not hang damp towels in bedrooms or on furniture.

- Dispose of shampoo containers after use. Wipe up water on floors. (Share bathrooms only)
